Nima Michael Majorian has been building throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area for more than three decades. His construction career began in the early 1990s, working alongside his father on ground-up commercial construction projects. Those years provided invaluable hands-on experience and established the foundation for a career built on quality, integrity, and practical expertise.

Nima earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Maryland, followed by a Master of Business Administration. He founded Construction Company of Maryland, LLC in 2005, headquartered in Montgomery County, Maryland, and has since managed and completed projects across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
